How CleanSweep Solutions began

Since 2021, we have focused on practical cleaning work for properties that need to be prepared, handed over, or made ready for the next occupant. The goal is simple: a clear scope, reliable scheduling, and a clean finish.

The company was founded by Mateo Silva with a service model designed around one-time projects rather than recurring routines. That approach fits move-related cleaning, where timing, access, and the condition of the property can change from job to job.

We coordinate appointments by appointment during the week and offer limited Sunday availability. For larger move cleaning projects, we confirm the scope in advance and prepare a custom quote based on the property and its condition.

Our work area covers the San Felipe metropolitan area, and we support condition photos when helpful for planning. Standard cleaning supplies are included, and the agreed checklist keeps the job aligned with what was confirmed before the visit.
